I have always loved crafts and making things and am very excited by the recent widespread surge of the DIY movement. At the University of Colorado at Boulder I found a previously unexplored creative outlet in the Theatre Department's Costume Shop.

My love of drawing, art, and research carried over to costume design. I was trained in basic sewing techniques, pattern making, clothing construction, crafts such a jewelry and millinery, and dye work. I loved it all, but I really found my niche in crafts and dye work. I am hoping to further my skills in this medium either professionally or independently.

The Resume is my professional work in costumes, clothing, and crafts.

Design is a gallery of my costume designs with final product photos if the design was carried through to construction.

Construction is a gallery of photos of examples of clothing and costumes I have built.

The Crafts section shows the various work I have done in mask making, millinery, jewelry, working with unusual materials, and miscellaneous projects.

In Dye Work, I show projects I have done using an assortment of dyes. Also, I include costume painting in this section.
